As an addendum (or mere side note) to the last post, consider for a moment the audacity of some people - sometimes even law firms - seeing courts as just some apparatus by which to terrorise and humiliate people, even without going to courts at all. This is not justice. They misuse the system for extortion and take as clients truly horrible people [1, 2] (anything for money!) for whom they do reputation laundering by paperwork (nastygrams).
Courts and Judges (or Masters) don't exist to facilitate this kind of "bro" culture, wherein men who strangle women get some other men to issue threats towards the victims (women) and those who merely reported what was done to these women. █
