Free Software Foundation Reaches 75% of Funding Goal

Not bad for this "Fosschild"

The soft deadline was reached an hour ago in Boston, where the FSF is based. It managed to make it to 75%. Whether it extends the cutoff date some more... who knows? Of course it can. It might.

75% is already quite good. It shows that hundreds of people like Free software and trust the FSF enough to give it money this summer (despite a bad economy everywhere). Not everyone is fooled by ZDNet and other sites funded by Microsoft, IBM, and the Linux Foundation. Those sites casually attack the FSF and its message/messengers. █
