Operating System Market Share in Mongolia - July 2025

We've only just noticed that, based on this data from statCounter, in Mongolia Windows fell to its lowest share on record.

We're seeing this sort of thing in many nations this summer. Narrowing down to just desktops and laptops, it looks like this:

Desktop Operating System Market Share Mongolia: From 99% to about 65%

Hardly impressive. So in 2009 when Windows was at 99.45% in Mongolia the company was "worth" less than 200 billion dollars and now it is "worth" over 4,000 billion dollars? Really? We've just noticed that the Ponzi scheme coordinator (CFO) at Microsoft is selling the home. Last night there were reports about yet more Microsoft layoffs.
