Notes on an overheard conversation at the front door
“Hello. What can I do for you?”
“Yes, I'm here to fix your dryer.”
“Really?”
“Yes, I have the work order right here for XXXXXXXXXXX Terrace.”
“Oh! That's on the next street over there. This is XXXXXXXXXXX Lane.”
“Oh, sorry to disturb you.”

full moon day ritual
The rocks needs heat for a few hours. I wake up, make tea, get to the beach, start a fire.
Will it starts on the first try?
I place the rocks, in a pile. The top one will be the first one to go in the lodge. Grand fathers they call them, why not Grand mothers? Some of them seems like sibling and grand child too.
I chop some wood, put it around the rock. I still don't know if this will all work. I come down from the house to the beach, again and again. Blankets, tarps, shovel, incense, hape, water...

Operation Epstein Fury
What I don't understand is how the military has such high approval ratings in the USA.
What good have they ever accomplished after the second World War Vietnam. Afghanistan? Iraq? Iraq again? Remember the Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse? I do. Remember the Guantanamo Bay detention camp? I do. Whenever I hear about the US military going somewhere, I think of that. And if the US military isn't going there in person, I think of how they think killing a whole wedding gathering is OK. Like the Wech Baghtu wedding party airstrike. Or now: Killing kids going to school. How much human sacrifice is deemed acceptable?

Lenovo subsidiary Motorola has taken to the stage at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona today to announce a partnership with the GrapheneOS Foundation, in a move what will bring support to the security-focused Android fork to "future devices" from the company.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Motorola to bring GrapheneOS's industry‑leading privacy and security‑focused mobile operating system to their next-generation smartphone," a GrapheneOS spokesperson says of the partnership. "This collaboration marks a significant milestone in expanding the reach of GrapheneOS, and we applaud Motorola for taking this meaningful step towards advancing mobile security."

Extra keyboard shortcuts
I use keyboard shortcuts.
I wanted to document some of the ones I add to my programs, if only because I need to recreate them from time to time, like after a clean install of macOS.
When making macOS shortcuts, I’m going to prefer ⌃⌥ as the prefix. Why? Because that’s the VoiceOver shortcut. Neither Apple nor other apps use it. And if I do go blind and need VoiceOver, I’ll have bigger fish to fry in the transition than worrying about a measly keyboard shortcut.
