Botswana is a fairly large country, so erosions for Windows there do matter. We first took note of these declines two years ago.

May 2024: Windows Down to All-Time Low in Botswana, Android Surges to 63%

June 2024: Botswana: GNU/Linux Rising Closer to 3% (Windows Down to Quarter of All Web-Connected Devices)

December 2024: Botswana: New Highs for GNU/Linux, All-Time Lows for Microsoft

With France and other nations shifting to GNU/Linux we can expect Windows to be good for nothing but "entertainment" (slop). █
