This morning we wrote about EPO scandals, which were discussed by EPO staff last night and yesterday morning/noon time. Since Benoît Battistelli, basically a white-collar criminal, entered the EPO in collaboration with his friend António Campinos (who similarly cheated the system to enter the EUIPO) he has consistently worked to attack judges, to illegally attack tribunals, then advance an unconstitutional, illegal scheme subservient to the EPO.
When we wrote about this we received threats from Team UPC (the very same people who now run the UPC!).
So this system is basically like a mafia, no better than the "Alicante Mafia" that brought cocaine at the EPO and keeps cocaine addicts in charge of the EPO, Europe's second-largest institution.
This is not a legal system. This is mafia.
To make matters worse, this mafia knowingly advances European software patents - i.e. patents which are both illegal and undesirable - on behalf of corporations that are not European and actively work against Europe.
Based on this "knowledgebank" (self-promotion), the UPC "used the 'technical effect'," a reader told us, "an EPO invention to grant software patents. The 'technical effect' does no exist in law."
So they are now using a kangaroo court that they themselves created to 'legalise' their illegal acts.
Sad times for Europe. █
