NOT much to see here except
this conclusion:
To sum it all up: in my opinion openSUSE is not well suited for Linux newbies. Maybe businesses, but not newbies. Not even newbie businesses… unless they’re l33t Linux superh4xx0rz. And I just personally didn’t like openSUSE — just an opinion from a Linux newbie, so it shouldn’t reflect on whether openSUSE is good or not… but Linux Mint is WAY better.
This was the only OpenSUSE review that we found this week, in spite of the fact that many people (re)install a distribution over Easter.

i feel the same way about most distros. if you use 3 different distros with the same desktop, the differences are minimal. i know, i have kubuntu which im using on the netbook, mandriva and gentoo all installed with KDE4.2 on my desktop, netbook and laptop and theyre all open on my desk and its ridiculous how the fanboism has reached applelike proportions whenever distros are talked about.
considering their shared DNA, listening why distro A is sooooooooooooo much better than another, is even more ridiculous. most of my geek friends tell me that Kubuntu is not in their top 3 kde distros but cmon.... there is no real difference.
everything else is just debating how many strippers can fit on the end of a needle (i know i have this wrong but since i am, might as well make it a pleasant mistake in honoujr of jessica biel's upcoming movie. i hear she is a big fan of KDE4.x)
love the site.

It still needs a bit of clean up to remove mono and apt-pinning to prevent a reinfection.
