Slopfarms Are Typically Fake News
This one has fake 'photos', too:
"WSL is popular among developers, sysadmins, and data scientists," writes (or pastes) the serial slopper, Fagioli. His whole Web site, which is where he posts after losing his job in BetaNews, is a sea of slop images and fake texts, typically piggybacking the work of real writers.
GNU/Linux-centric writers that we hear from (they write to us) hate Fagioli with a passion. They see him as a BS artist - or worse - an online scammer of some kind. He rips off their work and then submits his copycats to sites like Slashdot, which occasionally fall for it and send traffic to LLM slop (we saw that last week).
Slopfarms typically relay falsehoods, as shown above, aside from the plagiarism aspects. █
