UPC Lies That Make One Laugh...

Two dogs bad joke: ...come the entry into force of the European Patent Package. won't happen. in its current form... It's dead. Oh, look! A kat!... Bristows

Summary: IP Kat and Bristows (overlaps exist) are still pretending that the UPC is coming because reality doesn't seem to matter anymore, only self-serving agenda

THE TRUTH does not matter to lobbyists and hacks. All that matters to them is what pays...

Team UPC is a classic example of 24/7 "lying machines..."

"It's rather astounding what kinds of lies they can get away with, even claiming the very opposite of what's true (e.g. UPC being for SMEs)."What makes those machines rather unique is that they've relentlessly worked for nearly a decade. It's rather astounding what kinds of lies they can get away with, even claiming the very opposite of what's true (e.g. UPC being for SMEs).

Authored by Sophie Corke yesterday was this "Wednesday Whimsies" item. Filed under "fundamental rights" is an item that does anything but...

Remember that patents aren't rights, either. Let alone anything fundamental... unless you ask patent fundamentalists.

"Remember that patents aren't rights, either. Let alone anything fundamental... unless you ask patent fundamentalists."It doesn't even take much effort to find the scent of corruption; they do this almost every week, advertising for Benoît Battistelli's 'law' school and pushing (recyclying) lies from European Patent Office (EPO) management. Copyright maximalists and patent maximalists' front groups can view this blog as their megaphone and here's what placement CEIPI got yesterday: "The Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg has announced details of its forthcoming Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe, successful completion of which will allow patent attorneys to represent clients before the UPC and advise on unitary patent matters, come the entry into force of the European Patent Package."

Come what?

I cannot blame Mr. Henrion for laughing at this. Nor can I say that this surprises me...

"Remember that the so-called 'law' school chose a criminal to become its chief."So the 'Kat' is once again advertising for CEIPI which is run by Battistelli while pushing the UPC delusion to leaders and readers. Why? What on Earth happened to this blog? We wrote a number of blog posts on this subject. tl;dr it's no longer run by the same people and the direction is altogether different.

Henrion responded to the part which says "come the entry into force of the European Patent Package." He called that "patent attorneys recycled in patent judges without a law degree."

Remember that the so-called 'law' school chose a criminal to become its chief. Lecturers weren't happy; what would students think? Wouldn't it be funny if this 'law' school got raided one day and its chief put under arrest with lots of serious allegations/charges? What would the university say?

"Maybe the crook from CEIPI can seek to bribe some more press outlets and politicians to change that..."Anyway, aside from the above we've just noticed Bristows (Gregory Bacon) pretending that UPC faces issues only "in its current form..."

Keep dreaming...

They're catching up with old news and then adding: "The written question from Mr Breyer comprised the three questions below. The Commission should answer (non-priority) written questions within 6 weeks but often this time limit is not met."

That question is, if anything, symbolising growing resistance among politicians to the UPC. There's no real political will anymore. Maybe the crook from CEIPI can seek to bribe some more press outlets and politicians to change that...

What are students being taught at CEIPI? Lying, cheating and bullying? If one is to judge by who gets promoted, that might be the underlying lesson.
