Summary: Belgium's long history of 'neutrality' became a cynical ploy or joke, just like in Sweden or Switzerland; inaction when something illegal is being done isn't good enough
Surely if we had properly-functioning media, then someone would investigate this rather than rely on official statements from Microsoft and WARN notices
