Microsoft/French Government Should Be Sued in France for ‘Pulling a Quebec’

Summary: Corrupt procurement process can probably be reversed just like in the French-speaking Quebec but this time in France

Someone has just alerted us that “Microsoft contracts without public calls for tenders in France” (page in French). Given what happened in Quebec last month [1, 2, 3], Microsoft and/or the government should be sued. There is also precedence in Switzerland (see the posts below). █
