Intimidation, Threats, and Bullying Not Tolerated by Techrights
When dealing with violence-oriented people (including actual arrests and charges, chronic drug use etc.) and "professionals" whose job title is "Head of Crime" apparently we're approaching different (if not uncharted) territories rather than just "tech" and habitually touch those with connections to the Army [1, 2]. Wikileaks showed this may be a "no-go area" because those types of people do not really think like the rest of us.
When it comes to our reporting, safety always comes first [1, 2] - safety for us, safety for our sources (we have a perfect record of source protection), and safety for family members (sadly, they too are being targeted).
Today both my wife and I were separately witnesses (eyewitnesses) to a familiar issue; we ended up reporting the matter to the police several times in the recent past and today I informed my parents too for reasons. They too have been subjected to this abuse [1, 2] (and the matter separately reported to the police). We've taken detailed notes of this; we also took action in the High Court [1, 2].
I received more bullying messages only yesterday and today we escalated in light of physical presence near our home (for the third time). You too would do so if people who strangled women and talk about murdering people with axes (or punching them) were looking for revenge by misappropriating low-cost "guns for hire" (lawfare) after begging and trying to lure you into their home for "debate". No kidding here!
This weekend we intend to carry on with the OSI series. Nothing can stop that from happening. It's almost 5PM here on a Friday, so we shall further chase the above problem next week. █
