Tentative Summary of Things to Publish in Project 2030
Project 2025 (attacking the media):
Project 2030:
Explaining the attacks on media by 2030 (or a bit later).
Now that we're all set up again we can finally give a rough outline of things to cover in the coming years (in our campaign for media freedom and independent, investigative press).
- 2025: explaining what's left of Microsoft's Graveley & Garrett v Schestowitz & Schestowitz [1, 2, 3]; they've escalated this all the way to the top and even family members, which is indicative of them being in "crisis" mode (they throw the whole office - and more - at it, as if their very survival now depends on it)
- By mid-2026: explaining the swatting attempts against us and what we reported to the police
- By 2027: explaining the attacks on our webhost - there's lots of material related to this
- By 2028: explaining the legal strategy we adopted
- By 2029: showing crude and very rude correspondence we've received (over 2,000 pages by now, maybe 3,000+)
- By 2030: offering full details and summary of the case (because transparency matters; we'll redact where needed and rely on fair use where necessary)
- By end of 2031: wrapping up the lessons learned and why it's a bad idea to SLAPP Techrights; it'll generally always backfire, as it did 10 years ago when the EPO threw several law firms at us
I'll still be in my forties by then. This site will be 25. It's something to look forward to but not devote all our resources to, as there are many important topics to cover. We spread things out for good effect while not detracting/distracting from what we'd rather focus on. â–ˆ
