IBM (and Therefore Red Hat) Rapidly Imploding

This was posted some moments ago:
We heard the same about Mexico, Japan, and the US. More labs in the US will shut down later, claim insiders. "R&D" is a luxury when you chase quarterly goals for Wall Street and don't mind the future (or lack thereof) of the company.
IBM is basically shutting down, sailing away/offshore, and doing a firecracker sale with money it does not have (it's borrowing money).
So long IBM? How long has it got left? █
