IBM, a Microsoft Company
"Neudesic, an IBM Company" is what this one calls itself:
This is its formal name now: "Neudesic, an IBM Company"
Well, not anymore.
Now it is being erased. Some people become IBM staff, some leave altogether [1, 2].
It is hard to ignore the fact or overlook just how many of them are Microsofters:
See, it's not too hard to explain why IBM keeps promoting and reselling so much Microsoft stuff. The same is happening at Red Hat.
Microsoft and IBM as a pair go a long way back. Microsoft got a deal with IBM because the mother of Bill Epsteingate had an inner/inside track and connections at IBM (the Board).
IBM, at its core and heart, is a proprietary giant. █
