EPO Cocainegate Escalates - Part II - "Cocaine Communication Manager" Luis Berenguer is Back Without Punishment
Last Wednesday:

Last Wednesday (15th of April, 2026, same day when Dr. Stallman gave a talk in Texas) the management of the EPO published in its internal portal (visible to many staff) some predictable news about the fake "sick leave" of "Cocaine Communication Manager" Luis Berenguer coming to an end and Berenguer officially coming back:
Changes in DG0Show target groups
15.4.2026 in Office
In addition to the previously announced first and second streams of organisational adjustments, a limited set of further changes in DG0 takes effect on 15 April 2026.
These adjustments concern PD User Engagement and SMEs and PD Patent Research and Policies. The tasks currently carried out in PD User Engagement and SMEs will be moved to PD Patent Research and Policies, where they will be integrated within a dedicated User Engagement and SMEs unit.
This will bring together closely related user engagement, analytical and policy activities, with the aim of strengthening coherence between user feedback, evidence-based analysis, outreach and policy development.
In the context of these adjustments, the following reassignments are effective as of 15 April 2026:
• Niclas Morey will be reassigned as Principal Director Communication.
• Luis Berenguer will be reassigned as Principal Advisor in PD Academy, Professional Certifications and Learning Partnerships.
The Office would like to express its sincere thanks to Kris De Neef for having taken on, in addition to his regular responsibilities, the role of Principal Director Communication over recent months. The Office also welcomes the continued engagement of Roberta Romano-Götsch, who will remain EPO Spokesperson.
Not too shockingly, the reviled 'boot licker' of Battistelli and his corrupt enablers (Romano-Götsch) is still being rewarded for sidling with criminals and actively rallying to support them. See, in today's EPO, no good deed goes unpunished and vice versa. You move ahead if you do unethical, immoral, even illegal things. You get a top role for nepotism, not qualifications or accomplishments.
The above Intranet announcement, which is visible to staff of the EPO, not only indicates that Luis Berenguer is back into the Office. They put him in another area, as his colleagues would otherwise 'cause trouble' (we reached out to his close associates with a "right of reply"; they're afraid to speak). He has been reassigned as Principal Advisor in PD Academy, Professional Certifications and Learning Partnerships.
Learning? From a cocaine addict?
In this post, based on our understanding, Luis Berenguer will still externally (i.e. publicly) represent the EPO. So an actual cocaine addict, who got arrested for it, will be a public face of the Office. Do the national delegates have an opinion on this?
Do they want such people in this field?
As we said yesterday, readers who live in Europe should contact their national officials about this [1, 2]. It is untenable.
We also understand that this is all about trainees and young professionals. That's about cheapening the EPO's workforce and faking 'results' by granting loads of invalid European Patents.
Why did Campinos bring this man back? Their strong friendship? Was it António's head thinking or was it António's penis thinking?
Stay tuned. █

Of course you are "f---ing".
