Microsoft Fell to All-Time Low in Monaco Last Month
So says statCounter anyway

Monaco shows GNU/Linux's potential to approach 10% "market share"; it seems more consistent this year and it's attained at Microsoft Windows' expense. We began seeing this 2+ years ago.
To Microsoft, Monaco is a springboard for tax evasion, just like Luxembourg. Now that the Circuit de Monaco receives media attention, remember that GNU/Linux is measured at 7% there, not only that "Ayrton Senna won the race a record six times."
As the sister site noted this morning, the people of Monaco - a population of 38,857 people based on last year's census - don't choose GNU/Linux because of price. █
