Summary: Towards the end of my time at Sirius ‘Open Source’ (the last few weeks in particular) the company was so understaffed that the company's founder and the company's "CEO" (managing a team of just handful of people) were both covering NOC shifts, sometimes without having access credentials and without knowing how to actually solve common issues (experience is needed)
