Microsoft Employees Feel Like the CEO's Purpose is to Replace Them With Cheaper Workers on a Work Visa (Blind Obedience Assured, No Unions)

Updated as recently as 9 hours ago: (warning duly noted for racism)

Microsoft boss Satya Nadella has reportedly raked in more than $1 billion in compensation at the company
There are many more threads like this, with even cruder words

Summary: Taking note of applications for thousands of more workers during mass layoffs (people who can be deported at any time, so working overtime for lower pay is highly likely), with over 3,000 due to start in a couple of months (see below), anonymous voices at Microsoft are having a go at Satya Nadella*; they don't care what Wall Street 'thinks' if the company's workforce crumbles and gets replaced by serfs **

___________ * It's not just a Microsoft thing. I saw some truly curious things at Sirius 'Open Source', which had hired from India as well but still managed to upset Indian companies. In 2018/9 the CEO of Sirius managed to insult Infosys over some national/ethnic discussion, but we don't have this recorded; better not to paraphrase from memory.

** We might also mention Bethesda and how when these people are on H1-Bs they won't report on the sexual harassment they face at Microsoft. Because it's better to be raped and shut up than lose your visa. There are a lot of rapists that have dug in at Microsoft that we know about. To quote DaemonFC, "they just keep disappearing, not being criminally charged. Like the incidents at Bethesda and Bungie (when Microsoft owned it). Soule wasn't just raping immigrants at the Christmas party, he was using his official office email account to send videos of himself masturbating and CCing a bunch of women that worked there. He was really disgusting. A second rape victim said he backed her into a corner and said he needed to "fuck" her so that he could clear his head to compose more video game music." To quote the victim: "What I didn’t share, when talking about my experiences, is that I was raped by Jeremy Soule while I was working there."

Remember what happened a year ago in HoloLens. This impunity has not stopped. The perversion goes all the way to the top (exploiting vulnerable people for sex, too).
