Zenoss Joins Google, Microsoft and Sun as Sponsor of Pycon 2008
Microsoft will be there only to serve Microsoft. Recent examples include Java, Eclipse, Apache and OSBC, among many others. Arguments back then were made to show why Microsoft does this (look inside the links for further details). ⬆

Any idea how do we stop their invasion ?
They are the trojan horse.

The best solution, in my humble opinion, is to present evidence and to inform those who have Microsoft sing love songs to them. Many people remain unaware of Microsoft's plan (behind the grin) because the media fails to cover incidents from which it would rather shy away. Lots of it will have people believe that Microsoft has changed it ways, perhaps only because disguise of misbehavior has improved.

What sort of nerve did we hit now that you felt entitle to add such irrelevant statement to the conversation?
MinceR says the "lkml [message/page] one is April Fools or at least they're trying to pass it off as April Fools [however] the [GitHub] one was archived on the 8th and yesterday, so that probably isn't..."
Like Scam Altman, Larry Ellison hangs around Cheeto King because he could use some bailouts in the form of government contracts or phony money with an incredible name like "Stargate"
When forums say that they banned Microsoft Lunduke or don't want him mentioned it's probably because they are familiar with the "stench" that follows him around
