EPO Writing About Unitary Patent From One Year in the Future!

Summary: The Unified Patent Court (UPC) is illegal and the thugs who promote this illegal system are resorting to Public Relations tourism*; sadly for the EPO, many people know what's going on, including the EPO's own staff; "we are proud of what we have achieved and we are confident that our successes will continue in the New Year," the staff union said this week, adding that members will be "continuing our work together in the New Year."

THE EPO's Web site contains some ludicrous things this week**. António Campinos went on a photo ops expedition in Africa while the EPO promotes illegal things, in effect inciting politicians to break the law based on some bizarre expectation that the constitutions of European Union member states will be violated next year.



The reality is, as usual, far from what the EPO keeps pretending it is. As a reminder, below is a clip of Benoît Battistelli saying that the UPC would commence in 2016.
