Isambard_PrinceSo if you advertise nobody under 45 for an apartment, you discriminate against people between 40-45 which is illegal.Dec 21 18:05
Isambard_PrinceBut if you advertise nobody under 40, that's perfectly legal under state law, because you haven't discriminated against anyone over 40.Dec 21 18:06
Isambard_PrinceUnder federal law, it's still illegal, but you satisfied the state law.Dec 21 18:06
Isambard_PrinceAnd it's easier for people to take action under state law because the ICHR is easier to deal with than the federal government.Dec 21 18:06
Isambard_PrinceI'dd be much more concerned with satisfying the state law.Dec 21 18:07
Isambard_PrinceRight now I could go to that apartment, and apply, and when they deny me, I could file a complaint with ICHR and they'd potentially owe me a lot of money because of that listing.Dec 21 18:07

MinceRin the early 1980s you could just buy a computer without any backdoors in itDec 21 18:15

Isambard_PrinceMinceR, Projection works by accusing other people of being precisely what you are. When people say the only people who want to use Free Software are "criminals", it's usually criminals that are saying this.Dec 21 18:18
Isambard_PrinceAlmost everyone caught with child porn for example, was a Windows user.Dec 21 18:19
Isambard_PrinceAnd the people who write software to take away privacy, are interested primarily in little kids, it often turns out.Dec 21 18:19
Isambard_PrinceThese people are so sick that it doesn't even occur to them why what they are doing is wrong.Dec 21 18:20

Isambard_PrinceIn some cases, they even plaster it all over their online presence.Dec 21 18:21

Isambard_PrinceAnd there's a certain degree of anonymity because of there being a lot of people.Dec 21 18:22
Isambard_PrinceSo you get stuff like this in Chicago, or San Francisco.Dec 21 18:22
Isambard_PrinceThat's why in Chicago they put an S&M museum next to a sex shop that puts their wares in the window, across from a park for children.Dec 21 18:23
Isambard_PrinceOr in San Francisco, they have the Folsom Street Fair.Dec 21 18:23
Isambard_PrinceBut then these people get on the Web and start petitions against Richard Stallman, based on nothing.Dec 21 18:24
Isambard_PrinceProjection is....accusing everyone else of being what YOU are.Dec 21 18:25
Isambard_PrinceThere are gay men who I don't want to be affiliated with, most of them for that matter, maybe.Dec 21 18:25
Isambard_PrinceThey get on sex apps and they flaunt that they're with different men every night.Dec 21 18:26
Isambard_PrinceThey flaunt that they don't use protection and that they're proud of being diseased.Dec 21 18:26
Isambard_PrinceThey openly admit that they want to have sex in public and snort poppers while they do it.Dec 21 18:26
Isambard_PrinceAnd then there's others that vaguely care about STIs but are still on Grindr, and they know that being exposed to STIs multiple times in every week is a given, so they give Grindr medical information about themselves, like what they've been vaccinated for, and that they take pills every day to try to reduce the harm from being repeatedly exposed to dozens of STIs.Dec 21 18:27
Isambard_PrinceI mean, I know I've taken vaccines that make sense for me. Why would I tell a sex app that tells FacebookDec 21 18:28
Isambard_PrinceI hate Grindr. It's, pretty much GIVING it to conservatives, why they are justified in being homophobes.Dec 21 18:29
Isambard_PrinceBecause easily 70-80% of gay men are like this.Dec 21 18:29
Isambard_PrinceIf not more.Dec 21 18:29
Isambard_PrinceAnd there's a reason why I say pedophiles should be incinerated (especially gay ones), because even if that's actually not the norm for anyone, gay or straight, they'll use that.Dec 21 18:31
Isambard_PrinceEvery time they find a gay one, they'll use that.Dec 21 18:31
Isambard_PrinceThey'll use anything they can get their hands on.Dec 21 18:31
