Allegations That Microsoft is Covering Up Employee Dissatisfaction and Using a Survey to Catch 'Risk' to the Cult Mentality
FIVE days ago we published "Morale at Microsoft Sinks to New Lows" based on this article whose paywall can be easily bypassed. It has since then been stated that the said survey "scores don't matter. When a manager got low signal scores, they were allowed to invent reasons to fire or layoff the whole team and get new direct reports. HR didn't help those who were affected and fully supported the manager lying on connects."
That was less than an hour ago. 5 days ago someone said: "The more senior folks at Microsoft know that signals are not anonymous and even responding at all puts you at risk."
So Microsoft is making itself resistant to feedback. Instead, like a cult, it is looking to eliminate people who aren't blind followers of the Microsoft "religion". This favours or gradually socially-engineers a company for sociopathy. █
