In the Romanian Browser Market, Microsoft is the 2% (Edge Down to 2.3%)
JUDGING by the status of Windows in Romania, one might expect many people to use whatever comes with Windows, but when it comes to search, Romania is all Google, Chrome reached 77%, and despite Internet Explorer still having about 50% of the browser market in 2009 (it was a lot higher beforehand), Microsoft is now left with scraps and it tries to cheat its way back.
Many of these Chrome users are Android users.
We want to remind readers that last year Microsoft laid off many Edge developers. A sign of giving up? Throwing in the towel already?
As noted in the previous post, with the loss of monopoly rents Microsoft is in a freefall and it has resorted to defrauding shareholders because the Wintel era has ended (yesterday I learned that some people I know from Intel left the company and so did colleagues - not related to the mass layoffs). █
