So only about 12.8% (of those 19% on Windows) use the latest version of Windows. Like in most other countries, Vista 11's share is decreasing, not increasing, and GNU/Linux is up quite sharply.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) - not the same country - is showing more or less the same, albeit even worse for Microsoft [1, 2, 3].
Microsoft is in serious trouble because the monopoly rents are unattainable. Therefore, it is engaging in competition crimes and lies to shareholders. It tells them about stuff like "hey hi" (AI) being the future despite losing a ton of money on it. Companies' fear these days: saying "server" without "cloud", saying "cloud" without "smart", and saying "smart" without "hey hi" (AI). It moreover tanks the stock if you fire people without saying "AI" in the statement... because of course [1, 2] (spinning financial catastrophe as an adaptation to some obscure innovation). █
