We would have to be relatively harsh if we didn't give second chances. Wayne Williams (BetaNews chief) has just covered a Debian-based distro and his article is, as usual, real. The text 'feels' (reads) legitimate and scanners say the same.
Thank you, Wayne, for trying to rectify this issue.
Even if it's very short, at least it is real text and a real image (not slop), plus attribution.
Contrariwise, LinuxSecurity.com is still a slopfarm made to 'cheat' search (SEO) with fake text. Here's the latest example:
