The stuff they want you not to know about: (new)

More Microsoft layoffs coming? Middle managers and low performers may face the axe, report says

There is no disputing that 1) Microsoft money is involved in the SLAPPs against us and 2) the two SLAPPs are deeply connected on many levels, not just the barrister and lawyer but also the initiators. We'll revisit that in the future when the time is better; there's overwhelming evidence.

To avoid giving away sensitive information we'll just say that the first major blow to the SLAPPs came in September last year [1, 2]. We didn't give them a headsup, but many on our side knew. They too had been victimised by the same Microsofters. They want the abuse by such Microsofters to end. We'll end it.

Within a short period of time Microsoft money showed up and extortion efforts began, intensifying in January after we had (in effect) won a favourable order from the High Court. The Microsofters were desperate for a way out of it (having already attempted to settle many times; we always turned them down) and then started sending bullying letters almost every day or every other day. That too stopped when another High Court judge (they call them "Masters" here) issued an order favourable to us. It turns out that Masters don't fancy siding with Americans (foreigners) who are violent and even attack women. It makes sense. Just because some Microsofters from another country try to beg and then extort journalists in the UK (using cheap "guns for hire") doesn't mean they'll get their way.

Worse yet, they attract more attention to what they did. The facts won't change because of some SLAPPs. Strangling and slapping and fantasising about stabbing people (or punching old people) is so self-discrediting that it's doomed to fail. We're talking here about stuff that happened ages ago (around 2021 onwards). Ever since that year I've faced an escalation of attacks: SLAPPs, attacks on my employer, attacks on my wife's employer, vicious attacks on my wife, many cybercrimes against us, and so on. Just because these people want to silence us doesn't mean it'll succeed. It always backfires. Ever wondered what happened to the Ontario Criminal? Stay tuned, we'll explain later this year.
