This happened hours ago, and it seems to have been posted directly by the site's "Admin" (Rahul):

Is he experimenting? The site does not seem to have been hijacked. It would be a shame to see another GNU/Linux site perishing, this time due to SPAM, not LLM slop (or perhaps a combination of both). It didn't work out for any other site. TecAdmin would not become the "lucky" one... █
