EPO Crimes Are Spreading to the British Court System

Mr. Bean: Immunity

As noted in our latest daily batch of links, the illegal UPC, which the UK did not ratify (for the UPC to exist it was mandatory for the UK to ratify it, but UPC is all about crime and corruption; they recklessly violated conventions and constitutions too!), is showing signs of maddening overreach. Publishers bribed by Team UPC - just like Team UPC itself - pretend there's no scandal here. Since there's no real media left in the area of patents (it got sedated, then neutered), you probably won't even hear about it.

Society is now paying the price for failing to tackle crimes at the EPO. These corrupt officials are so out of control that they've extended their corruption to the EU and even to courts.

Where's oversight? Where's accountability? As we said yesterday, "Diplomatic Immunity Should Not Exist for Anybody" (but in Europe it does exist).
