Team GNOME Has Libeled Me for Nearly 20 Years

This is serious and malicious libel, verofakto. Here's a little context to help dispel that. The term Uncle Tom appears only twice in Boycott Novell, your statement above and as an IRC conversation that had nothing to do with Roy. The phrase 'coon songs' was mentioned by Roy when he quoted a reader's opinion of things that are inappropriate and offensive. Roy's complete lack of censorship makes it easy for people to post offensive material here, surely you can plant better than this to smear him. It is interesting that the reference you mined was part of an article called, 'Whisper Campaigns' about how Microsoft infiltrates lists and web sites to libel people and companies. Please go away.

I am pretty much used to being libelled. I got accustomed to it a very long time ago. The projection tactics used by people who spent over a decade libeling me [1, 2] are not shocking; they revel in this sort of stuff.

There are many unfair tactics that they use, including attributing to me the words of other people (Bruce Byfield did that to me nearly 20 years ago) or telling lies about what I (or "the site") said, quoting some anonymous comment from a troll or someone who joined our channel from Freenode (almost 100,000 usernames were logged in there).

Some people are more sensitive to libel than others. To some, merely mentioning the fact or their arrest is "libel".

I never sued anyone for libel. It's a waste of time that can backfire. However, people with Microsoft money in their pocket like to misuse a court in another continent to harass and abuse processes for harassment's sake. This won't work because sooner or later authorities and judges see what's going on. So far this year judges decided in my favour 5 times already; that's basically every time. A sane person would "get the message" and stop harassing me (and my wife). But we are not dealing with sane people.
