Lies Need to be Corrected

Usually I do not respond to mindless quips from social control media. However, Garrett [1, 2] has just said: "Chat, is it a good move to fail to turn up to a pre-trial review you've blogged about in a case you're involved in and then claim nobody told you about it?"
This spreads several lies, but the main one is the last part. The Court never confirmed the pre-trial review (PTR) would actually take place and no time, chamber, judge etc. was ever specified. We'll explain this in greater depth in the future, but Garrett's lawyers spoke to the Court behind our backs at least half a dozen times, which is a serious breach (they cannot pretend that they did not know; it's their occupation).
One day we'll tell the full story of how they cheated the process and the system.
A friend has just reminded me: "Various interests with many people in 'low places' actively conspire against FOSS and in favor of Microsoft. Recall Oregon's legislature's attempt at voting on FOSS. It was derailed by a secretary who 'forgot' to add it to the agenda and posted the agenda late enough that the rules did not allow for correction, as one example of many."
It's a very simple fact: the Court never invited us. It was unclear what was happening and their lawyers spoke in secrecy to the Court. █
