Sirius Open Source is Now Imminently Dead (Struck Off)
Months ago: Sirius Open Source in Court
In December 2022 my wife and I quit Sirius Open Source and then unearthed fraud at the company, which had stolen money from its own workers, set aside what it did to its clients.
Less than a fortnight ago the Companies House published this update:
This company (SIRIUS CORPORATION LIMITED, company number 03633198, founded 1998 in Salford, just a few miles from hour home) will soon be history. And all we can say is, good riddance. In the company's Web site, over 80% of the "Team" (or staff) isn't there and most haven't been there for many years already. Being a "Limited Liability", it'll seek to dodge accountability. Those who sued the company are unlikely to get paid even a penny.
When colleagues of ours checked with solicitors whether to file a claim against the company (for pension fraud), an honest solicitor said it would not be worth it because it would end up like the above. Our own solicitor said the same to us. That's how the legal system works here. Just because you sue someone, even if you 'win', doesn't mean it'll pay off. You can end up losing badly. █
