EPO Strike Actions and Other Industrial Actions Are Effective When Management Fears the Staff and Staff No Longer Fears Any Managers

Actions in the EPO are proving effective and we expect the current leadership of the EPO to get the boot or no longer receive term extensions. Something must change and the only way to attain change is to cause disruption or, put another way, to make it too costly to persist with the status quo.

Remember that the EPO's top-level management (the so-called "Alicante Mafia" - not an ethnic term at all) is outnumbered by everybody else by a factor of roughly 1:100.
