HR Blunder at IBM or IBM Struggling With Money?

10 days ago we saw stories of people who had been sent bills from IBM after IBM layoffs. Today somebody says IBM won't pay for unclaimed holidays:

Issue with vacation balance post RA

It's like IBM is now counting the pennies and the peanuts.

Weird for such an allegedly rich company to be so stingy unless all the accounting is rigged/rogue. █
