IBM CEO and CFO Make It Hotter in the Kitchen
Who's gonna leave the kitchen while they cook the books?

Down again today:

We recently wrote about IBM marking about 40,000 workers for potential layoffs. Among the articles:
- At IBM, "Employee Reviews" (or Appraisals in the UK) Are a "Trojan Horse" for RAs (Mass Layoffs), a Waste of Time
- Stack Ranking Against IBM/Red Hat Staff and a Signal of Mass Layoffs (RAs) Justified by Red Hat and IBM as Poor Performance/Misconduct/Other
- IBM Stacked and Ranked Badly, Maladministration Dooms the Company
That can be a prelude to a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). 2 hours ago somebody wrote: "People affected will get an extra 3 months pay." (If IBM gets rid of them)

We've meanwhile noticed IBM demoting or relocating (along with whole families!) or forcing people back to the "office" (RTO). Anything to rattle them or shake them up till they leave.
We learned from Red Hat whistleblowers that they hate IBM (their word!) and we heard about Red Hat staff becoming "IBM" whether they want to or not. Even some of the best known, most critical, key Fedora people were getting sacked or 'reassigned' by IBM. This happened about an hour ago:

She has been there for many years:

We're just guessing, but maybe IBM is trying to signal to her that it's time to retire because it hardly sounds like advancing. █
