EPO Cocainegate Escalates - Part III - Connected Families - The Cocaine User Luis Berenguer and António Campinos

posted by Roy Schestowitz on Apr 21, 2026

It's not what he knows; it's who he knows (or his father knew)

Antonio Campinos

Yesterday we pointed out that the European Patent Office's (EPO) top-level management had "no prior experience in patents" (see Part I and Part II) and a reader added that they had no prior experience in patents or science and technology. Politicians with connections (and sometimes cocaine) have taken over institutions meant to be about science. It's not just sad; it's very dangerous.

The cocaine makes things worse. As one reader put it, "cocaine use lowers the IQ permanently a little each time simultaneously as it makes the user feel more clever [so] it's fucked up situation [as] with all that society learned the hard way about coke, I am very disappointed that it has been allowed a resurgence."

As we'll show in later parts, António Campinos is connected to this deeply. Several high-level sources (insiders) that know and see the Office affairs take note of the bond between Campinos and Luis Berenguer. Not only have they long known each other and worked together. They're connected through family and are intertwined for political reasons too.

Luis Berenguer’s father, born in Alicante in 1946 (Campinos spent a long time in Alicante), is called Luis Berenguer Fuster. He's not a scientist. He's no patent expert. He was a hack and a Member of the European Parliament:

Luis Berenguer Fuster

Like father, like son:

Interview with Mr. Luis Berenguer Fuster, President of the Spanish Comisión Nacional de la Competencia

It is said that Luis Berenguer Fuster is the one who supported the "springboard" of Campinos, resulting in the appointment of Campinos at the EUIPO in - you've guessed it! - Alicante. What's the common denominator here? Check out how often his cocaine-using son visits Alicante (boasting about this in social control media, too) and remember the role of Steve Rowan. We previously explained how Alicante became somewhat of a bribery hub for the EPO in Munich. Some journalists contacted us about it and validated it.

How was all this corruption trickling into the EPO in only a few years?

So we have a politician whose son does cocaine working with another politician whose son crashed the car after illegally drinking alcohol and driving, then begging for immunity.

It doesn't sound like they've ever had a difficult day in their entire life. They believe they're above the law! And they behave accordingly.

Why would national delegates entertain such crooks or entrust them to govern Europe's second-largest institution?

The mass strikes aren't just because of money. The cuts are just the last straw.

To be clear, António's father (Campinos the father is Jorge Campinos - the one who actually made a name for himself rather than ride his dad's coattails) was also a Member of the European Parliament:

Jorge Campinos

That's how he knows the cocaine addict's father and family. "Both men knew each other and were friends," we've heard.

Jorge is dead, but his friend is still active.

Luis Berenguer Fuster

In the next part we'll explain why the family connection between António and Luis (both of them) goes well beyond family... and involves romance (not just bromance between Luis and António).

"I am the f---ing president" -António Campinos
