Future-Proofing Techrights

Five days ago we upgraded all our infrastructure to the latest operating system version and yesterday afternoon we upgraded (patched) the kernel for security reasons. We may be able to keep this system going, sans upgrades, until 2030 (4+ years). This gives us enough time to cover the SLAPPs without technical interferences and to also chronicle the growth of GNU/Linux, which is breaking new records this month while Windows perishes.
2 days from now this site turns exactly 19.5 (years). A month later the sister site (running the same systems) turns 22 despite years of criminal abuse against it. One week earlier than the latter anniversary our IRC community turns 18. Time flies when one is having fun. █
