The Gates-based learning methodology of expelling based on arbitrary criteria (defined by Gates Foundation-funded 'studies') has gotten on the nerves of many teachers, as we showed before. Now they try to make Gates' ideology the law, leading to lawsuits. According to this teachers' blog, parents, educators, and various groups are using their government over this sellout.
