FINALLY we have some more facts. Jeremy Heywood, "a senior British civil servant who has been the Cabinet Secretary since 1 January 2012" according to Wikipedia, was the lapdog of David Cameron in the fight against journalists in the UK. As The Guardian showed in recent articles [2,3], we in Britain fail to antagonise government abuse the same way US citizens do and Annie Machon, an MI5 whistleblower who had to escape the UK following her revelations (showing serious abuses by British intelligence), tries to raise awareness of the seriousness of all this [4].
