Summary: Like his friend Benoît Battistelli, António Campinos glorifies illegal and unconstitutional activity right there in the front page of the EPO's Web site; it's not the union that embarrasses the Office but the management, which is basically corrupt and does illegal things in broad daylight
When processes favour those who are more wealthy (or more willing to go into infinite debt or steal money of other people) those processes match the attributes of lawfare rather than law
