Gemini version available ♊︎Novell: Powered by Red Hat
THIS IS getting interesting. Not only Microsoft chooses Red Hat; It turns out that go-mono.com
used to be running Fedora even over a year after Ximian had been acquired. There is no telling what it runs right now, but do have a look:
Savvis 3300 Regency Parkway Cary NC US 27511 64.14.94.188 Linux Apache/2.0.50 Fedora 29-Nov-2004 Savvis 3300 Regency Parkway Cary NC US 27511 64.14.94.188 unknown Apache/2.0.50 Fedora 28-Nov-2004
Nice one, Novell. If Novell does not drink its own Kool-Aid, who would? █

oh roy, come on.
Remember when Novell bought Ximian they didn’t have SUSE – there was no reason to move to anything other than what we were using already. They weren’t about to force us all onto netware – after-all, they bought Ximian and SUSE because netware was tanking massively and they needed a lifeline.
And even after they bought SUSE sometime later, there were plenty of other jobs higher on the list, so things weren’t moved overnight.

They bought S.u.S.E. at least a year beforehand.

Roy, is there something specific you know that makes SUSE unsuitable as a server platform? I assume you must, considering you are implying it.

Uhhh, looking at the logs you link to ,go-mono.org wasn’t hosted by Novell when it was running Fedora.
