A 'Code of Conduct' Typically Promoted by Criminal Corporations to Protect Crimes From Scrutiny

response from Mr. Oliva to a Code of Conduct necessitates a follow-up. I wish to respond here. From my personal experience, a supposedly 'well-meaning' Code of Conduct typically ended up being leverages by criminals, mobsters, vandals, and autocrats. We saw this in action last week when people who had committed crimes against my wife and I since last year had the audacity to paint themselves as the victims. Do not fall for the promise of the Code of Conduct lie. Remember who the enforcer is. We shall say more about this in the future. █
