The Arrest of Pavel Durov is Changing Telegram

Telegram Quietly Updates FAQ Page As Pavel Durov Says Rapid Growth Made It Easier For ‘Criminals To Abuse Our Platform’

Notice EU policy:

Telegram Quietly Updates FAQ Page.

Remember that Telegram's founder, who is also French, cannot leave France until he satisfies those who detained him and threw many charges his way. It seems a bit like blackmail.

With Michel Barnier (corrupt) in charge of France and Thierry Breton as the EU's "social control media cop" (he's also profoundly corrupt) we should not blindly assume this is a good thing - something to be celebrated.

What comes next? Who next?
