[Meme] Linux Foundation Cuts

posted by Roy Schestowitz on Nov 10, 2024

Linux Foundation aka 'LF Budget': mailing lists too expensive, linux.com too expensive. Almost 10 million per year office rent (for ~200 staff) is OK.

The Linux Foundation is clearly misusing funds. Only about 2% of its money goes to Linux and money is spent by the millions on highly dubious things while all the mailing lists [1] get shut down without proper notice; money is instead allocated to scams [2,3] and needless extravagance [4].
