Jeff Bezos (Washington Post) Spreads Political Propaganda Against the Internet (and the Web)

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos says Trump showed 'grace and courage' in response to assassination attempt

The Bezos Post's apparent 'propaganda mode' grabbed the attention of hundreds of thousands of paying subscribers, who canceled their subscription over what they perceived to be Jeff Bezos meddling or simply saw as Bezos 'endorsing' Donald Trump, whom he had previously praised ("grace"). The Bezos Post is basically a national and international disgrace.

Now, based on this coverage, the propaganda carries on:

In blow to Democrats, federal appeals court strikes down net neutrality

So now they tell people who identify as "Republicans" to cheer this, as it's a "blow to Democrats", not a blow to Web users or whatever.

Amazon stands to benefit from it; as an Internet giant (not just AWS), it doesn't have to worry about "pesky" net neutrality...

Suffice to say, small players stand to lose the most from erosion or complete withdrawal of net neutrality. They cannot bribe ISPs to prioritise them. GAFAM can. Sometimes GAFAM does.

"The Washington [Bezos] Post turns Net Neutrality in to a partisan football," an associate explains. "Harming Net Neutrality hurts *both* Democrats and Republicans pretending otherwise is a lie."

Then people wonder why trust in the media has gotten so low.
