Microsoft Paying People Who Harass and SLAPP Techrights, Demanding Censorship
At this point the money trail leads directly to Microsoft
In the coming days Techrights will write a lot about Microsofters who have long sought to censor articles about Microsoft (articles like this one from 2023). In two cases from the US, misusing the courts of another country, a serial strangler of women and a person closely connected to him (more on that soon) strive to waste time and reduce focus on what we do here.
Worry not, however, as no information will be removed and we'll remain as productive as always.
What's quite revealing, however, is that we've touched a sensitive spot (or spots) at Microsoft. That means we should do more of the same. As we put it last night, it is a "A Gift That Keeps on Giving".
Sometimes it helps when corporations unwittingly reveal that it is that's said about them that they try to hide. This means more coverage on the same area is very much necessary. It's not so much about the person; it's about the group one is associated with, including Miguel de Icaza in this case. There are some people literally squirming right now; they're not us. █
