Another day has passed with no LLM slop found in our RSS feeds*, nor has the Serial Slopper (Brian Fagioli) bothered. The sole example (or examples) we've found of "linux" (or "Linux" or whatever; we scan various related terms) slop is in one single slopfarm that Google News syndicates:
Well, we've got good reasons to believe that as 2026 begins there won't be much slop. The general karma of it has changed a lot in recent months. People are more afraid than excited to introduce slop in sites. Slop dooms sites, it doesn't create sites; once caught, sites get blacklisted mentally or technically. For good!
Public opinion has changed and it still changing. It's changing in a positive way. █

* To put this in perspective, 12 months ago there was loads of it. That was disconcerting. We needed something like "Slopwatch" to keep abreast of that mess.
