EPO Management Trying to Hide Cocainegate, Silence/Discredit Whistleblowers, and Probably in a Panic Due to the Strikes
Johannes Kolaczek and the cokehead he so faithfully serves:

Sent to me last night via a Microsoft platform: (remember we've already respected these people's Right Of Reply; they chose to say nothing)
Incorrect info on your websiteDear Mr. Schestowitz,
I would like to address an issue with you today that is very important to me. I recently found an article on your website in which a former EPO employee makes statements about his time in our department that are unfortunately not true.
To avoid any misunderstanding, I would like to clarify the most important facts. [redacted] completed his probationary year with us (meaning the multimedia team) and during this time showed several difficulties in adapting, particularly with regard to learning basic work processes, such as how to use specific programs and the structure of our archive system. For example, he is unable to use Adobe Premiere, which is the multimedia team's editing program, but he concealed this from the team leader during the job interview.
These challenges led to increasingly difficult teamwork. It also became apparent that [redacted] had great difficulty fitting into the team, which further strained the working relationship. (I have to admit, that the first few weeks were nice and friendly in the team, though.)
There were repeated tensions in personal conversations and employee appraisals with the team leader, and Mr. [redacted] even became physically aggressive during a meeting in the presence of a human resources employee. A particularly stressful conversation between myself and him led to inappropriate and personal accusations, which further poisoned the atmosphere. It became clear that constructive cooperation was no longer possible under the circumstances, and the team management therefore decided to remove him from projects.
The colleague was on sick leave from September until the end of the year, and we have not had any further direct cooperation since then.
The impression given in the article that our team deliberately harassed or mistreated [redacted] does not correspond to reality. We tried for a long time to treat him with patience and support. Unfortunately, however, it became apparent that cooperation was no longer viable due to the problems described.
I would kindly ask you to review the statements on your website and ensure that the presentation of events is accurate. We naturally respect freedom of expression, but statements made on public platforms should be based on facts.
If you require further information on this matter, I am happy to assist you.
Thank you in advance for your time. I look forward to clarifying the situation.
Kind regards, Johannes Kolaczek
I already know this to be false. I even saw letters that prove what Johannes claims to be false. It was about shoehorning more loyalists from Alicante and Johannes sucks up for personal gain. There are others in that department who can corroborate.
In short, Johannes is covering up and sucking up for the cocaine "Mafia" by trying to shoot the messenger, whose identity (above) we protect.
Truth be told, EPO management is nervous because it can imagine what's coming next, including potential films about EPO corruption.
That's a lot more severe than the drug use. The drug use if well documented.
We also know they already try to pressure whistleblowers, via Microsoft surveillance platforms, being the "Mafia" that they are (the insiders call them "Mafia" for a reason).
Microsoft is leveraged by the EPO to crush justice. Nothing new here...
Thus unkind (even rude) message is retaliation and an attack on the messenger. It won't stop us reporting, it'll embolden us to report more often and more courageously.
Johannes seems to understand nothing about our site and he seems to be trying to protect himself, as he knows how truly ugly things are.
At the moment, Johannes' mates are receiving over 100,000 euros as a reward for doing illegal drugs. █
