SBB, the Swiss Railroads, Want to Hear Richard Stallman

As noted last night, citing Dr. Stallman, the national railway company of Switzerland wants to hear about Free software from the person who pioneered the concept. Chasing money is not his goal, he just wants to make a positive difference. In Switzerland, there seems to be a migration away from Microsoft/GAFAM. It's even a official (formal as of this past spring).
Can Dr. Stallman persuade key decision makers to adopt not only "Linux" but also Software Freedom (not the same thing), as he did in South American before? Or like he did in Kerala? █
