Resumen: €¿Por qué vale la pena tratar las patentes como la principal barrera para la adopción del Software Libre?

MICROSOFT ya ha perdido la batalla por la superioridad técnica frente a sus competidores. Sin una ventaja legítima, todo lo que queda de Microsoft que hacer es luchar usando batallas legales, lo que es permitido por la quebrada legislación de patentes en su lugar. Afortunadamente, parece muy poco probable que cualquier cosa que no sea FUD (Miedo Incertidumbre y Duda), nunca saldrá de esta etapa.
